One contractor for inspection, cleaning and debris removal.
Underground pipe problems delay inspections, stop construction and create expensive repair work. Cavayoo provides the equipment and experience needed to inspect, clean and document sanitary sewer, storm drain and underground utility systems.
Our crews can inspect the pipe, identify the problem, clean the line with jetting or vacuum equipment and perform a final inspection to confirm the condition of the system - giving contractors and project owners one point of contact from initial inspection through project completion.

Frequently asked questions
- What areas do you serve?
- We're based in Cedar Park and serve commercial and municipal projects across Austin and the surrounding Central Texas region - primary areas include Austin, Cedar Park, Round Rock, Georgetown, Leander, Pflugerville, Hutto, Manor, Taylor, Liberty Hill, Lakeway, Bee Cave, Dripping Springs, Buda, Kyle, Bastrop and San Marcos. Projects outside the immediate metro are reviewed based on scope and equipment requirements.
- How quickly can you schedule a project?
- Most standard projects are scheduled within 1–3 business days. Rush, same-day and after-hours service is available on request for urgent site conditions and active construction schedules - call and we'll dispatch the closest available crew.
- Are you licensed, insured and NASSCO certified?
- Yes - Cavayoo is fully licensed, insured and NASSCO certified. Certificates of insurance naming your GC, owner or municipal agency as additional insured are available on request before mobilization.
- How do I request project pricing?
- Send your project location, plans, specifications, footage, pipe sizes and requested completion date. Call (737) 618-0219, email office@cspipeinspection.com, or use the quote form on this site. Most quotes go out the same business day.
- What types of projects do you handle?
- Commercial CCTV pipeline inspection, sanitary sewer and storm line cleaning, commercial vacuum truck services, catch basin and storm drain cleaning, hydro excavation and potholing, and utility line locating - for GCs, developers, municipalities, MUDs, engineers and commercial property owners.
- Do you work with residential customers or only commercial?
- Our focus is commercial, municipal and construction projects, but we take residential calls when scope fits - pre-purchase CCTV inspections, main-line sewer diagnostics, private utility locating and hydro-excavation on infill lots. If your project needs commercial-grade equipment, we're the right call.
- Can you combine multiple services in one mobilization?
- Yes - that's a core advantage of working with Cavayoo. Clean, inspect, pothole and locate on the same site visit with one crew, one schedule and one invoice. It saves days on the project schedule and eliminates the finger-pointing between separate subs.
- Do you provide NASSCO-based reporting and municipal-format deliverables?
- Yes. NASSCO-coded defect logs, distance-stamped video, still images and municipal-format condition reports are available on request. Tell us the reviewing agency or engineer's format up front and we'll deliver it that way.
- Do you offer emergency and after-hours response?
- Yes. Flooded structures, active-site failures, utility strikes and construction-schedule emergencies get same-day and after-hours dispatch when a crew is available. Rush pricing is quoted transparently before we roll a truck.
- What payment terms do you accept?
- Net 30 for established commercial and municipal accounts on approved credit. New customers may be asked for a deposit or credit-card authorization on the first project. We invoice by email with detailed line items - no surprise charges.
- Can you provide references from similar projects?
- Yes. Contractor, engineering-firm and municipal references are available on request - we'll match the reference to the scope you're pricing (new-construction acceptance, MUD infrastructure, commercial vac work or SUE potholing).
- How far outside Austin will you travel?
- Our core service area is roughly a 100-mile radius from Cedar Park - the full Austin metro plus San Antonio-adjacent, Killeen, Temple, Waco-corridor and Hill Country projects. Larger projects farther out are reviewed case-by-case; call with the location and scope.
